RICS Definition of CPD: "The systematic maintenance, improvement and broadening of knowledge and skill and the development of personal qualities necessary for the execution of professional and technical duties throughout the practitioner's working life".

Fire Risk Assessment for Building Surveyors etc:

Aim: To equip delegates with a sound understanding of fire, how people react when faced with danger, and when building regulations requirements can be offset with 'engineered' solutions.

Level of training: This specialist seminar is aimed at average local authority building surveyors, structural engineers and building designers etc.  

Seminar length: Approximately 5 hours
